Our learners have been working hard to create our very own cookbook, filled with local recipes from our community. Discover the islands through the foods we cook; traditional, contemporary, local, international, salads, starters, mains and desserts. A book filled with the diversity of the islands and dishes practiced by the very learners that made this book happen.
Over 50 recipes, plus tips for growing your own food on the islands, courtesy of our very own horticulture teacher, Sue MacDonald. A chance to learn to grow for yourself, or to show others what horticulture is like on the islands.
A5 to fit neatly on your shelf. A perfect gift for yourself, or your friends and family.
