ADP Support Work

Substance Misuse

Cothrom works with people affected by substance misuse and their families to take steps towards recovery and healthy living. We can provide a community based confidential substance misuse recovery service for people living in the Uists aged 16 and over. We support individuals alongside families and carers to develop a personal recovery action plan. This means we focus on helping people achieve their individual goals based on their hopes and aspirations along their recovery journey. We work in partnership with NHS Health and Social Care, families, peers, and wider circles of community based support in sustaining recovery for individuals.

Our Services

We provide structured group and individual sessions designed to allow learners to progress at a stage that supports their recovery.

Accessing our Services

Anyone can refer themselves - all you have to do is give us a call. You will then be invited to a pre-assessment meeting. This will allow you to meet us and find out more about how we could help and decide whether our program is right for you. An external agency can also make a referral on someone’s behalf.
